Today the electrician and plumber will be taking out all the electric sockets and gas boiler as Warren and his crew will demolish the kitchen and out house.
As he has a mini digger, he is trying to keep up the tidying of the plot. around 3 pickup trucks full of bricks and rubble have been taken away by Wolfie
As there were some good slabs (underneath the shed) that were still good for reuse, I had put them on freecycle

In the end Creenagh Bond
came to pick up the slabs that Hugo so kindly set aside for me.
I received a message from Warren to say that they have found lead water pipes that they want to replace and suggested that I contacted Cambridge Water to arrange to have the main stop cock that is currently shared with the row of houses, split so that we have one especially for our house.
They contact Warren and have now arranged for this to happen in the next 28 days
