Had a word with Sean, who told me that it might be good to change the ceilings down stairs. As they are nearly 100 years old and are uneven and cracked we have decided to take his advise.
The other benefit is that we can have some spotlights. Have found these from screw fix 10 for £78 including the bulbs
Also we can reuse some of our lights:
Fe. the light that is currently in our bedroom in Garden Walk will go in the new Bedroom
The wall that was in the bathroom will go into the thin shed
The one that is in the Hall up stairs will go into the large side of the shed.
The one that was in the down stairs hall (flat against the wall will go in the thin shed if the other one is too deep other wise it can go into the bedroom in GW.
